What
In the HTML version of the GMP doc, show descriptions of attributes and elements. They're indented underneath the attribute/element as More Details. For an example see the
typeelement in the commandcreate_scanner(section 7.16.1).Also do a little clean up of the XML source.
Why
These are useful bits of extra info, and they have always been hidden away in the XML source.
